These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and services offered by SARANG AI TECHNOLOGIES INC. ("SARANG AI", "we", "us", or "our"), including Roostly, Plainova, PetReady, and Label X-Ray (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Using the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account and for any activity that occurs under it. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services.

Subscriptions & purchases

  • Some Services offer paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. Prices and what's included are shown in the App or at the point of purchase.
  • Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the applicable app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store) and are subject to that store's terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app-store account settings.
  • Refunds are handled according to the policies of the app store through which you purchased.

Informational purpose & no professional advice

Our Apps are informational tools. They do not provide medical, dietary, legal, financial, veterinary, or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for it. For example, Label X-Ray helps you understand product labels and search public recall databases, but you should always verify the actual product label and official notices yourself; Plainova helps you understand documents but is not a lawyer. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create or submit through the Services. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate and provide the Services to you. Where an App encrypts your content so that only you can access it, we handle that content accordingly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, reverse-engineer them except as permitted by law, access them through unauthorized means, or use them to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, and trademarks, are owned by SARANG AI TECHNOLOGIES INC. or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SARANG AI TECHNOLOGIES INC. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Changes

We may update these Terms or the Services from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
